· Welcome to our Puppy Adoption Application! This process should take about an hour and will help us get to know you, your lifestyle, and your family. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us match you with your (and your family’s) new best friend!

· After you finish completing our application, we will contact you to schedule a phone consultation with one of our puppy professionals to discuss your wants and needs.

· Within 48 hours of your application, we will email you if you have been pre-approved to adopt one of our puppies, at which time you may place a deposit to join our waiting list!

Is there a fenced area for your puppy to be exercised in? The more you can tell us about your lifestyle, the better we can help choose a puppy that you'll be happy with in the long run!*

We can typically meet families within an hour of our location (in central Oklahoma) for no extra charge. Chaperoned travel by air or ground may be arranged for additional costs. Cargo freight fees will include crate and supplies required by the airline.
